Sauvignon Blanc

Grape variety:
Flush with flavour! Sauvignon Blanc is an extremely adaptable grape variety which reminds many wine aficionados of tart gooseberries. It is highly valued by connoisseurs. Dry, well fermented Sauvignon wines taste at their best when young and fresh. Very good quality, however, allows for storage as well.

Tasting: greenish yellow, ripe gooseberries, fruity, juicy, spicy bouquet, rich acidity, chilly shell limestone minerality, a refreshing glass of wine with character.
