Beerenauslese Traminer

Made from selected very ripe bunches or grapes, typically very sweet. It is the next grade of sweetness following the Auslese and requires even riper, mostly affected by Botrytis cinerea (noble rot) grapes. The sweetness is balanced by high acidity.
