Pinot noir

Grape variety: Pinot noir
Pinot noir is the French synonym for Blue or Late Burgundy. Without any doubt, this variety belongs to the most popular in the world. With its tightly clustered, particularly susceptible to bunch rot grapes it is difficult to cultivate and transform into wine.

Pinot noir impresses with its bright, ruby-red colour and its round, soft and velvety taste. The fine acidity contributes to a full bodied and elegant wine and enables long lasting storage.

Tasting: light ruby-red, forest strawberries and fine cherries on the palate, reminiscent of vanilla, fine tannins, velvety and spicy finish.
